Christina
Christina is a Registered Dietitian with ten years of diverse experience and is excited to serve the Prescott, AZ area!
Her passions are for pediatric nutrition including picky eating and the parent-child feeding relationship. She also enjoys working with women's health issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, and lactation nutrition therapy/support. Christina enjoys utilizing a functional and integrative approach, as this has been a vital role in her personal battle with various gastrointestinal symptoms, endometriosis, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. ​

When treating eating disorders and disordered eating, Christina values a weight-inclusive approach and believes in the principles of Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating. She enjoys supporting clients through weight restoration, food challenges, body positivity and more. Christina has received supervision from Beth Harrell MS, RD, CEDS-S and Dr. Kari Anderson LPC, CEDS-S in pursuit of the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist designation.

On a personal level, Christina is an aspiring alpaca farmer and gardening lover. She has three amazing children, whom she homeschools. Their family enjoys attending Church together weekly and all things Star Wars!

About
Lindsey

Lindsey has been a Registered Dietitian in the outpatient private-practice setting since 2020. Her professional areas of interest include: health and wellness / preventative nutrition, weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and disordered eating.
With an educational background in biology and psychology, Lindsey is fascinated by the interconnection between physical and mental wellbeing and the critical impact that nutrition has on both. She believes that food is medicine and enjoys utilizing a functional nutrition approach in her work to support holistic health.
She is passionate about providing clients with both evidence-based nutrition information and the resources and ongoing support that are necessary to apply it in a practical and sustainable manner. Lindsey enjoys helping clients set goals and establish/maintain lifestyle changes on their journey to becoming their healthiest and happiest selves.
When she isn’t working, Lindsey loves traveling, hiking, spending time with family, cooking, and reading.

Lindsey is a Kentucky native and moved to Arizona in 2021.

She loves all things peanut butter and chocolate!

Lindsey and her husband, Sam, recently spent a year traveling abroad (summer 2024 to summer 2025). Their adventures included many spectacular hikes, lots of gelato, and a camel ride gone wrong!
