About
Christina
Christina is a Registered Dietitian with ten years of diverse experience and is excited to serve the Prescott, AZ area!
Her passions are for pediatric nutrition including picky eating and the parent-child feeding relationship. She also enjoys working with women's health issues such as PCOS and lactation nutrition therapy/support. Christina enjoys utilizing a functional and integrative approach, as this has been a vital role in her personal battle with various gastrointestinal symptoms, endometriosis, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

When treating eating disorders and disordered eating, Christina values a weight-inclusive approach and believes in the principles of Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating. She enjoys supporting clients through weight restoration, food challenges, body positivity and more. Christina has received supervision from Beth Harrell MS, RD, CEDS-S and Dr. Kari Anderson LPC, CEDS-S in pursuit of the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist designation.

On a personal level, Christina is an aspiring alpaca farmer and gardening lover. She has three amazing children, whom she homeschools. Their family enjoys attending Church together weekly and all things Star Wars!
